To set the TCP/IP address: go to your start button -> Control Panel -> Network Connections




After double clicking, you will see your Network Connections folder. In this folder you will see icons which represent the different ways to connect your PC to a network.

Right click on the Wireless Network Connection icon, and click on Properties.

The Local Area Connection floder should appear. There should be a list of connections such as “Client for Microsoft Networks” and Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). You may have to scoll down to see the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) option.



Highlight ‘Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)’ and click on the ‘Properties’ button, and change your TCP/IP address on your computer to automatic.
